Dear Friends,

CD RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT!
Before I go, I am thrilled to announce that Silvestre Martinez' debut CD is now available! This is an innovative Latin Jazz project that Silvestre has been working for quite some time now. What's Goin' On Summer Program & SAVE THE DATE!

I'm wrapping up my second week of working with Glitter and Razz Productions, who is now running my summer camp entitled, What’s Goin’ On Young Artists’ Workshop (WGO). Now in it's 9th year, WGO is a summer program that teaches young students (ages 6-13) artistic skills while infusing life’s lessons of peace, community, and self-expression.

We are thrilled to announce that this fall, we will be having our first Family Music and Expressive Arts Camp, held at Glitter and Razz, Oct. 2.

Glitter and Razz is also doing Professional Development series this summer & fall, please click here for more information about all the Glitter & Razz programming.

That's all for now! I will be back in the fall, ready to play with KTO Project, so hope to see you then!

Thanks for your support,
Kelly Takunda Orphan Martinez

kelly takunda orphan"Kelly Takunda Orphan has been on a long and wondrous musical journey beginning with her Armenian roots to the percussion driven music of West Africa, Zimbabwe and the Caribbean. This, her first recording, reveals a rare breed of musician who carefully and respectfully fuses together music of disparate cultures. The vocals are warm and lush-the rhythm tracks will make you want to dance!"
